If you choose UK courier delivery, it will be despatched for delivery the next working day. We aim for next working day for orders placed before 12pm but this is not guaranteed.
Free UK delivery
Your order will be sent either by second class Royal Mail or via the Hermes 3-6 day service. Please look out for an email from email@example.com that confirms your order immediately (please check your junk mail and add us to safe senders). You will then receive another email to confirm when we have despatched it and who with. Expected delivery time with either service is between 3 and 6 working days after you place your order. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days then please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Taking delivery of your order
Standard second class – these orders are not trackable. Hermes delivery – this service is trackable and we will send you a link to track it with. If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us as we do not track every order due to the high volume of orders despatched.
Royal Mail Recorded delivery: Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If no-one is available, a notification card will be left. You will then be able to collect the package from your local post office or rearrange delivery at a time convenient for you using the Royal Mail online redelivery service. If your package is not collected within 6 days of posting, it will be returned to us and we will have to charge you for redelivery. We can give you the tracing number to use with the Royal Mail’s tracking service at Royal Mail Track & Trace. Due to data protection laws, we are unable to trace your package for you.
Courier delivery: Your order will be sent via Interlink Express courier service. You will receive an email early on the morning the day the delivery is due. You will be given a one-hour delivery window so that you know exactly when to expect it. You can change the delivery time. If you provide us with your mobile number you will receive a text with delivery information.
Full details are provided in the email you will receive. Someone will need to be available to sign for the delivery. If no-one is available, a notification card will be left. You will then be able to re-arrange a delivery time with Interlink.
For information on order tracking for orders sent by Recorded Delivery or courier service, please see above. Any order sent via standard mail will not have a tracking number. Orders sent via Hermes will have a tracking number.
Delayed or missing deliveries: If your recorded delivery is delayed or missing, you can contact the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 or online at Royal Mail Track & Trace and use the tracking reference to resolve this with the Royal Mail. If you do not have the tracking reference number, please e-mail us and will provide it for you. Due to data protection legislation, we regret that we cannot track your delivery for you.
Please contact the courier company direct if there is a delayed or missing delivery.
Credit and debit card statements: We offer two ways to pay. You can pay by credit or debit card using PayPal or our independent payment provider Nochex. You can choose which you prefer. You can also use PayPal in the normal way.
If you use Nochex, your purchase will appear on your credit or debit card statement as ‘Nochex’.

If we don’t have a distributor or retailer in a country, we will deliver worldwide. Please email us and we will let you know if you can order locally or from the UK.
